What is Tanguear?
Tanguear is the free app of the tango community: the people who dance, the DJs, the teachers, the musicians and the organisers who open the doors every week. You get a tango profile that says who you are on and off the floor, friends to follow, the chat of your city and groups about music, technique and styles. When you travel the community travels with you: ask for a partner, find a couch with local tangueros, walk into a room where somebody already knows you. The milongas, festivals and prácticas are in here too, with a map, a booking in two taps and a QR at the door, because that is where the community meets. It runs on iOS 15+ and Android 9+, speaks Italian, English, Spanish, German and French, and is already used by more than 12,400 tangueros across 51 cities, as of August 2026.
