Attending and Participating in Events

Tanguear lets you go beyond simply knowing an event exists — you can signal your participation, see who else will be there, and purchase your ticket, all without leaving the app.

Marking your attendance

Tap I will be there on any event to save it and let friends know you are going.

Seeing who is going

See how many people plan to attend and which of your friends will be there.

Buying tickets

For paid events, tap Buy Ticket to purchase. Your tickets are stored in My Tickets with a QR code for the door. See the guide on Buying a Ticket for the full experience.

Viewing your upcoming events

Your profile shows all events you have marked or hold a ticket for.

After the event

Once an event has passed, you can leave a review and a star rating to share your experience with the community. See the guide on Rating Events and Writing Reviews.
