The Publisher Area: Your Web Dashboard

Any tanguero who has activated their publisher account can access the Publisher Area. You are not limited to the mobile app. Tanguear provides a full Publisher Area — a private website dashboard designed specifically for organisers, teachers, and schools. You can access it from any computer or tablet browser.

Accessing the Publisher Area

Log in with your publisher credentials at the dedicated publisher URL. The interface is available in five languages: English, Italian, Spanish, French, and German. You can switch between a light and a dark theme.

The Dashboard — your business at a glance

The dashboard gives you a complete overview of your activity:

Each indicator shows a growth percentage compared to the previous month.

The dashboard also includes:

• A revenue chart showing your earnings over the last 12 months, with zoom options (1 day, 1 month, 3 months, 1 year)
• An orders by status chart — pending, processing, complete, or cancelled
• A list of recent orders and recent abandoned carts
• A grid of your latest events and latest products

Managing events from the web

The Events section lets you create, edit, and manage events from the browser — especially useful for complex festivals.

You can:

• Create a new event — title, description, status, guests, external links, media
• Manage schedules — add, edit, or remove schedules with type, dates, location, and pricing
• Upload media — images and videos
• Add tags — categorise events with searchable keywords
• Toggle festival mode — mark multi-day events as festivals
• Import events — upload events in bulk using ZIP files

Each event has a feedback and support section where you can open a support ticket with the Tanguear team, tracked via a discussion thread.

Managing orders

The Orders section shows all purchases that include your events or products.

• Search by order code, customer name, or email
• Filter by status, date range, or customer

Each order detail page shows:

• Customer information
• Order items with event/product details
• Payment transactions and Stripe details
• Totals breakdown (subtotal, discount, taxes, grand total)
• A comments thread for direct communication with the buyer

You can send a comment to the buyer — they receive an email and a push notification. You can also cancel a payment if needed.

Managing customers

The Customers section shows everyone who has purchased from you:

• Name and email
• Number of orders placed
• Date of last order

Tap on a customer to view their complete order history.

Managing products in the marketplace

The Publisher Area lets you manage a product catalogue for the Tanguear marketplace:

• Create products — name, description, pricing (regular, compare-at, special), status (draft, published, archived)
• Manage inventory — stock tracking, quantities, low-stock alerts
• Upload media — main image, video, and full photo gallery
• Create product variants — size, colour, style, each with its own price and stock
• Bulk operations — select and delete multiple products
• Import and export — XML or ZIP files

Stripe Connect: getting paid

The Stripe section manages your payment account:

• Start onboarding — create your Stripe account by selecting your country
• Check account status — see if your account is active
• Resolve requirements — complete any pending identity verification

Once active, revenue flows directly to your bank account.

Support tickets, search, and notifications

• Support Tickets — communicate with the Tanguear team about events or general questions, with discussion threads
• Global search — find orders, customers, events, or products instantly
• Notification bell — stay informed about buyer messages and important updates
